This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://www.srbdesigns.co.uk/terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Delivery estimates shown on product pages are using the slowest delivery option, typically Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimates can be updated to reflect faster delivery methods by adding the product to basket.

Our aim is to meet the earliest date of the delivery of the estimate wherever possible, typically 95% of the time.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for 3D Route Maps. Pickups are available By Prior Arrangement Only.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping on on all UK orders for products except those listed in the exckusions below. (shipping is auto-calculated).

Exclusions:

3D Route maps - £8 Royal Mail Tracked 24

Bike Mount Replacement Inserts (when purchased as a singular item) - £1.50 or £2.50.

 

UK Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to the EU, Mainland USA and Canada, with the following costs:

If you are in a country that isn’t listed at the checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to cater for you requirements.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship 3D Route Maps outside of the UK.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
