1. Thread the ribbon through the lower slot from the back side.
2. Take the ribbon up and over the top of the hanger and thread through the top slot from the back side.
3. Slot the ribbon back through the lower slot from the front.
4. Adjust the length of ribbon between the hanger and medal to suit your preference.

Note: Some ribbons are twisted so that they sit straight when worn. Position the twist on the section of ribbon that sits at the back of the overlap where it doubles on it's self in the hanger.
