Fitting the accessory Plate
The accessory plate is easy to fit with no tools needed.
- Insert the sprint loaded end of the plate first (this is clearly marked on the back).
- Apply pressure to depress the spring loaded mechanism.
- Whilst maintaining the pressure push the other end of the plate into the hole.
Removing the accessory plate
- Push the plate downwards from the opposite side of the spring mechanism (the power socket is off centre with the spring mechanism being on the longer side)
- Whilst maintaining the pressure gently pull the accessory plate away from the van frame,
Trimmable accessory plate
The following image shows the suggested method of masking the accessory plate to ensure that contact adhesive is only applied to the outer flange on the rear of the plate. The outer masking tape also demonstates the extent that fabric should be applied to the rear of the plate.
